The Algo 1197 Satellite Weather-Hardened Horn Speaker extends the coverage of the 8197 IP PoE+ Weather-Hardened Horn Speaker, providing a cost-effective way to scale IP paging and alert systems. Up to three 1197 satellite speakers can be daisy-chained using standard CAT5/CAT6 cables, sharing the 16W audio power of the 8197. Each satellite automatically synchronizes with the 8197’s zone and volume settings, while connectivity status can be monitored through the 8197 web GUI or the 8300 Supervision Controller.
