3. Place this box & your RMA form into a suitable shipping box. Write your RMA number on the outside of this shipping carton. You are responsible for return shipping and we suggest you insure the
package for it's full value, we are are not responsible if it is lost.
4. There is a restock charge on most items of up to 20%

All return items of New equipment and phones must be in new condition with the original unaltered box and must include all packing materials, blank warranty cards, manuals, accompanying free items and accessories.
If you received free shipping that offer is waived and the refund may be less the original shipping charges we incurred.
