Nortel BCM
The Nortel BCM (Business Communications
Manager) is a Voice over IP (VoIP) system that supports digital
phones too. Look at it as the best of both worlds. You can
install IP trunks and IP hard and softphones as needed, and
still have the reliability of digital phones and trunks.
From the BCM 50 to the BCM 400, these scaleable
systems are now in their 3rd generation and they use the same
digital telephones that the Norstar uses. To us, that says
this product is maturing, and you should feel comfortable
implementing this technology in your business.
Nortel BCM 50
Ideal for businesses that need between 3 and 20 stations,
the BCM 50 is loaded with features. The system comes with
all the features that you'd come to expect. As your needs
evolve, you can activate more capabilities by simply entering
a key code.

Nortel BCM 200 and BCM 400
The BCM 200 is ideal for sites with 20 to 32 users, and the
BCM 400 fits into the 30 to 200 users business. As with the
BCM 50, as your needs evolve you can activate more capabilities
just by entering a key code. Scaleable and feature-rich. How

Phones
T7100 and M7100: Basic one-line telephones perfect
for lobbies, kitchens and other low traffic areas.
T7208 and M7208: With 8 buttons
for features and lines these phones are designed for people
who make and receive high volumes of calls, but don't cover
for others.
T7316E and M7310: With 16 buttons
on the T7316E and 10 on the M7310 both these sets are perfect
for administrators and others whose jobs include call coverage.
Managers and Executives are other typical users.
T7316E with T24: Take all the benefits
of the T7316E and add up to four 24 button add on modules.
You'll always know who is on the phones, and your customers

M7324: With 24 buttons and an the
ability to add two 48 button add on modules, this phone is
perfect for managers, call center supervisors and administrators.
