The Avaya Bogen Universal Telephone Interface (UTI1) is designed to provide telephone access to most commonly available paging systems. It works with PBX loop, ground start trunk ports, and station ports.

The UTI1 provides telephone and paging system connectors, BGM (background music) input and a modular page port connector, as well as mode setting switches and adjustment controls.
